The Live Recording View
Controls, live preview, and the live transcript.
While recording, the screen is split into a control bar, the live preview + transcript, and the assistant panel (in Full mode).
Top control bar
Recording status + timer
Confirms capture is live; shows elapsed time.
Stop Recording
Ends capture and kicks off transcription, diarization, and the AI summary.
Switch source
Change which screen or window is being recorded, mid-session.
Mute / Unmute microphone
Silence your mic while still recording system audio.
2-Col / 3-Col
Switch the live layout between compact and wide.
Notes
Jot personal notes during the meeting (saved with the recording).
Live preview
A live view of the screen or window being captured, so you always see what's on the record. Screenshots can be auto-captured when the shared screen changes (for example, a slide change); the sensitivity threshold is configurable in Settings.
Live transcript
Real-time, speaker-labeled text you can work with while the meeting is still going:
- • Search the transcript as it grows.
- • Rename a speaker inline, or merge speakers.
- • Seek to a timestamp, and jump back to live after scrolling up.
A session language bar above the transcript sets the transcript and translation languages for the session — see Real-Time Translation.
