Meeting Details, Summaries & Export
Summary, transcript, Ask AI, mind map, notes, screenshots, and export.
When you stop, RecorderDesk saves the recording and runs the pipeline — extract audio, transcribe (locally or via Gemini), run speaker diarization, generate the structured summary and title, and build the mind map. Open any recording to see the Meeting Detail view.

Every screenshot captured during recording, marked Manual or Auto, with extracted text (OCR). Each shot is stamped with how far into the recording it was taken (2:30:00 for one at two and a half hours) — click that timecode to jump the player straight to the moment. Analyze a shot with vision, and pin shots to use them as context for Ask AI and summary regeneration.
